D4D Empowerment Coaching Group (Destiny4Daughters) was established in February 2008 formerly called Empowering Leaders Consultants were our vision and mission is to empower, equip, and enhance the lives of women and young ladies. We also provide business consulting services and host annual  complementary Business Start-up 101 seminars for individuals who had an interest in starting a business or those who needed additional strategy planning.  In December 2020 during the pandemic the name changed to Destiny4Daughters Empowerment Coaching Group.  For the past 15years I've committed myself to helping women and  young ladies  become a better version of who they are through interactive personal development workshops and seminars. We are now expanding our services in assisting our clients to reach their personal and career goals through one on one strategy and visionary coaching. D4D will be creating tools to expand our brand to work with small to medium size companies on training and developing their leadership and executives through team building and individual growth. D4D is about helping visionaries not only visualize where they are going but assist them in getting there BUT THEY MUST DO THE WORK.
