Meet the Founder

Joanna is a native Baltimorean, and Founder of D4D Empowerment Coaching Group. She is a woman who has a heart for all women regardless of their background because she wants to see them excel in every aspect of their lives. Her assignment is to pour life back into them so that life can come out of them. Ms. Joanna unique style of teaching was birth out of her past experiences and sharing them in a manner that will cause women to listen and inquire to say "if she can do it then I can too". Her personal testimony is not just for her but for others to know that they can still WIN, even in their darkest times. Joanna is now opening up her services to empowering men to see past inward traumas, to go against the odds of what society says, and to see themselves how God see's them and that is better. As a business coach, she prepares her clients with strategic tools to gain insight on their vision and how to bring it to a reality.  She is business minded, always tapping into the creative side of who she is, wanting to know more on how entrepreneurs can progress and reach their end goal of being successful.

 

She is a Mother, Entrepreneur, Motivator, Executive Administrator, Believer of Christ, Empowerment Coach and Mentor that does not mind doing the hard work to ensure that someone is becoming better and not bitter. Joanna holds an Associate of Applied Science (CCBC)in Behavioral Health  (Human Services Counseling), Certificate in Business Skills Training (Web, Inc.), currently pursuing  Certification in Childhood Growth & Development. While establishing her business, Joanna currently works as a Case Manager for the State of Maryland. She is a goal getter, she will pick up from where she left off and keep it moving, why? Because someone is waiting on her.  Joanna has hosted over 146 events that consisted of networking, and business events providing those in attendance with strategies on how to fulfill the mission and vision of their business, facilitated workshops and seminars for at-risk young ladies and inspired young ladies, women empowerment workshops, and has 19 years of event planning (ranging from pastoral/church anniversaries, birthday celebrations to business events), travel planner, preaches the word of God as an Elder in the Lord's church, and continues to allow God to lead and direct her path. She can take your vision and bring it to a reality with her team. Her motto is: Feeding your dream is necessary in order for it to come to life. Her favorite scripture is 2nd Kings 4:24: "...Drive, and go forward; slack not"
